About The Position

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience

• Familiarity with broadband installation and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Perform installations and changes of service while adhering to applicable codes and company procedures.
• Update customer accounts to ensure accurate records of products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure proper functioning of products and services.
• Educate customers on products and services to enhance their experience.
• Persist in completing projects despite obstacles, taking extra steps to engage customers.
• Demonstrate active listening skills and empathize with customers in difficult situations.
• Use installation tools and perform jobs from high places, including climbing poles and using ladders.
• Lift and carry loads of 70 lbs. or more and work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces or attics.
• Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly while maintaining equipment for required duties.
