Requirements

• 2 to 6 years hands-on HVAC Experience
• EPA Certification, required
• Valid Texas driver's license AND acceptable driving record
• Ability to maneuver and climb ladders
• Moderate lifting (up to 100 pounds)
• Complete pre-employment drug test and background check processes
• Technical aptitude to perform HVAC installations and to troubleshoot new equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete the appropriate paperwork
• Ability to oversee the installation and work independent of others
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within target time constraints
• Valid TDLR card
• NATE certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site replacement of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting installation problems and providing appropriate level repairs.
• Using experience and technical skills with system operations to determine calibration requirements.
• Advising the management team of any install concerns or complications and identifying the necessary corrective measures to be taken.
• Working in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and care.
• Working in a safe manner, ensuring all safety measures are taken, at all times.
• Performing other duties, as necessary or assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required.
