Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing residential HVAC systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.
  • Licensing & Certification: EPA Certification required; additional certifications like NATE preferred.
  • Customer Interaction: Exceptional communication skills to provide homeowners with clear explanations of services, repairs, and recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and handle tasks that require physical stamina.
  • Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Available for nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
  • Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety standards and procedures while working on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Service & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems to keep homes comfortable.
  • Customer Communication: Explain service issues and recommendations clearly to homeowners, offering professional advice.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work completed in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other technicians and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
