Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing residential HVAC systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Licensing & Certification: EPA Certification required; additional certifications like NATE preferred.
- Customer Interaction: Exceptional communication skills to provide homeowners with clear explanations of services, repairs, and recommendations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and handle tasks that require physical stamina.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Available for nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
- Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety standards and procedures while working on-site.

Responsibilities
- Service & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems to keep homes comfortable.
- Customer Communication: Explain service issues and recommendations clearly to homeowners, offering professional advice.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work completed in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other technicians and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
