About The Position

H. E. Neumann, a leading provider of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Mechanical Contracting services, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team operating out of our Wheeling, WV location! Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Accurately identify system issues and recommend effective solutions Install and replace HVAC components as needed Ensure all work complies with local codes and company standards Maintain proper documentation of service calls, parts used, and customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and workspace About Us: H.E. Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
