Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time opportunity with year-round stability and room to advance.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and outdoors
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Eagerness to grow and stay current with evolving HVAC technology

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Create accurate repair estimates
Perform preventative maintenance and system repairs
Educate customers on equipment, parts, and service recommendations
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
Mentor and train junior technicians
Follow all local HVAC codes and safety regulations
Participate in rotating on-call schedule
Work indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures
