Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time opportunity with year-round stability and room to advance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
  • Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and outdoors
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Eagerness to grow and stay current with evolving HVAC technology

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential & light commercial HVAC systems
  • Create accurate repair estimates
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system repairs
  • Educate customers on equipment, parts, and service recommendations
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
  • Mentor and train junior technicians
  • Follow all local HVAC codes and safety regulations
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule
  • Work indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures
