Our Residential HVAC Service Tech expertly inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and replaces heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You keep our customers comfortable in their homes by servicing equipment such as boilers, furnaces, ductless split systems, and humidifiers. As you identify and troubleshoot problems, you present the customer with multiple service options and help them pick the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions. You create detailed estimates, document your performed services, and generate invoices for the work. Attentively, you carry out high-quality repair, replacement, and maintenance services like recharging refrigerants, testing for leaks, and checking system functionality. You also educate clients on maintaining their equipment and avoiding future issues. You treat every customer respectfully and clean your work area before heading out to the next job. Here's what we need from you: 5+ years of experience as a residential service and maintenance technician Fundamental knowledge about residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to provide your tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and carry equipment Ability to work in noisy environments and confined spaces like attics, basements, and crawl spaces Advance your career and build a bright future as our Residential HVAC Service Tech!
