About The Position

As a key member of our sales team, you will act as the primary contact for customers, assessing their heating and cooling needs through in-home site visits, phone and video calls, email, and chat while educating them on system benefits. You will conduct in-home and virtual evaluations to determine installation feasibility, recommend the right heat pump system for each home, develop customized proposals, and address customer questions on unit placement, electrical requirements, and efficiency. Your role will also involve refining sales strategies, providing insights on best practices, and ensuring customers receive applicable rebates and incentives. Collaboration with sales, system designers, and project coordinators will be essential to streamline operations and ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will utilize CRM software to track leads, document customer interactions, and provide feedback to marketing and leadership for process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in the HVAC, heat pump, or energy industries.
  • Background working with customers in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, quoting tools, and system builders.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willing and able to pass a background check and 4-panel drug test.
