About The Position
Aelott AC Heating Plumbing is a trusted HVAC and plumbing provider serving the North County and San Diego community. Based in Escondido, with a strong reputation and consistent lead flow, we are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to drive system sales and help grow. This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for a motivated, experienced HVAC sales professional who wants to maximize their earning potential. The right candidate will take ownership of the sales process, work directly with homeowners, and play a key role in the company’s continued growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience required
- Proven track record of closing HVAC system replacement sales
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and solutions
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement and installation needs
- Present system options and provide professional recommendations
- Close residential HVAC system sales
- Deliver excellent customer experience from consultation through sale
- Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate customer records using ServiceTitan
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience
