Requirements

  • 2 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Reliable, motivated, and team‑oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
  • Ensure high‑quality workmanship and code‑compliant installations
  • Work closely with installers and apprentices to maintain efficiency and safety
  • Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
  • Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement
