Requirements
- 2 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Reliable, motivated, and team‑oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Ensure high‑quality workmanship and code‑compliant installations
- Work closely with installers and apprentices to maintain efficiency and safety
- Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
- Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement
