We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Residential HVAC Installer & Service Technician to join our growing team. Position Summary The Residential HVAC Installer & Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC systems, with occasional work in light commercial environments. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation and service experience.
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
- Valid driver’s license in good standing – required.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in light commercial systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and system tune-ups to ensure peak efficiency and comfort.
- Occasionally assist with light commercial installations or service calls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch, clients, and management.
- Document service activities and maintain organized job records.
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
