Position Summary
The Residential HVAC Installer & Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC systems, with occasional work in light commercial environments. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation and service experience.
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing – required.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in light commercial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and system tune-ups to ensure peak efficiency and comfort.
• Occasionally assist with light commercial installations or service calls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, clients, and management.
• Document service activities and maintain organized job records.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
