About The Position

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Install Lead to join their Syracuse, NY team. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
3-5+ years of experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-hour Certificate and EPA Universal Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Perform installation of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clients
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns
Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards upon departure
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
Help train new hires in the field during installations
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
