About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Install & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the installation of residential HVAC systems as well as the installation, service, and education of customers on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and solutions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations that improve home comfort, system performance, and air quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Experience installing IAQ products strongly preferred.
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems including split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and ductless systems.
• Remove and dispose of old equipment in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
• Install and modify ductwork as needed for optimal system performance.
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
• Complete system start-up, testing, and commissioning.
• Install IAQ products such as air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, UV lights, media filters, and ventilation systems.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits and operation of IAQ solutions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend IAQ improvements during system installs.
• Troubleshoot and service IAQ equipment as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Document job details accurately and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working condition.
• Follow all company safety protocols.
