This is a full-time, direct placement role at CKP Heating & Cooling. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Foreman to lead and manage new construction, retrofit, and renovation projects in single-family and multi-family housing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and supervising HVAC systems in residential settings, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer.
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, duct design, and installation methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and teams simultaneously.
  • Dedication to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure timely, high-quality work.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and duct designs to guide installation.
  • Manage scheduling, material ordering, and delivery logistics.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
  • Track labor hours and production rates to maintain budget and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, general contractors, and internal departments.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system performance.
  • Support and enforce the company’s safety policies and jobsite standards
