About The Position

The Maintenance Technician at Pathfinder Realty, Inc. is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of over 700 single-family homes. This role requires a hands-on individual who enjoys assisting residents and ensuring the properties maintain a clean and appealing exterior. The technician will perform various repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and timely completion of service requests.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in the construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Must have reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred).
• Must have your own tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• A valid driver's license required.
• Good communication with the staff and residents is a must.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the homes, including plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and electrical.
• Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
