The Residential Housekeeper is responsible for the execution of established work schedules within an assigned area, in accordance with Facility and Departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities

Cleans scheduled residential units and/or office space and public areas in a proper and professional manner
Maintains public and common areas of the facility in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition. Must be able to identify and report the need for repairs, and unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergencies
Uses cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and per instructions
Performs special tasks, which may be chargeable to the resident upon instruction of the Supervisor
Cleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis
Uses carpet-cleaning equipment and performs carpet care as instructed
Makes and/or changes resident beds as scheduled
