About The Position
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and adaptable Residential Healthcare Security Officer to support a healthcare-focused residential environment in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time flex position , ideal for officers who are dependable, flexible with scheduling, and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors. Position Details: Pay: $19.00/hour Status: Full-Time Flex (up to 40 hours weekly) Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work weekends and holidays Must be available to work two (2) of the following three shifts : Morning Evening Overnight This role is well suited for officers who take pride in professionalism, reliability, and providing security in a compassionate, healthcare-oriented setting.
Requirements
- Professional, reliable, and punctual demeanor is required
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a healthcare/residential environment
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment in a residential healthcare setting
- Conduct routine patrols and security checks
- Monitor access points and respond to incidents or emergencies as needed
- Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures professionally and respectfully
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
- Complete accurate reports and incident documentation
