About The Position

Full time benefitted position available to serve adults with intellectual disabilities and oversee daily operations for Residential Group Home in Franklin County, VA as group home Manager. Duties include developing & implementing individual service plans, supervising residential staff, providing training for adults with intellectual disabilities in independent living skills, personal hygiene, leisure / recreational skills and community inclusion. Experience working with group home, program management, and staff supervision. Evening and some weekend hours required. Bachelor's degree in human services with at least one year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Must meet QDDP qualifications. Residence within commute radius and in close proximity of Rocky Mount VA preferred. A sufficient combination of related education and experience required; salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.

Requirements
