About The Position

The Arc of Ocean County is looking for a Group Home Manager to oversee a Residential Apartment Program in Barnegat NJ. Responsibilities include the overall management of daily activities of residents in the program. Scheduling staff and ensuring that DDD standards are maintained throughout all facets of the Apartment Program. Must also recruit, hire, and supervise staff in the performance of their duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than five points.
• At least two years experience working with Individuals with Disabilities.
• Previous experience working in a Group Home setting.
• One year of Supervisory Experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
