Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services industry
  • A passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn)
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong project management skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up
  • Generate and pursue new leads via phone, email, and in-person consultations
  • Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations
  • Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style
  • Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using ServiceTitan
  • Support your peers and help the team achieve collective success
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training
