May Include: Installation & troubleshooting of fireplaces Courteous and effective communication, verbal and text/email, with external customers and internal Williams staff Consistent completion of jobs/tasks in accordance with manager and/or trainer instruction regarding installation and operations processes and procedures Confirm installation requirements by reading and understanding manuals, codes and other related materials Utilization of electronic scheduling system using a smart phone or tablet Other jobs and responsibilities as may be assigned by Installation Services Manager; GM of Hearth Products or other senior level management. Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and Company policies Perform additional tasks as required
