Residential Fence Installer

About The Position

Independent contractors who partner with our company should have at least 2 years of residential fence installation experience for wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link products. Additionally, each contractor crew should be able to provide an FEIN, general liability, commercial auto & worker's compensation insurance, a work truck, and all necessary tools. All crews should be reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented workers. Crews should also be comfortable with communicating with homeowners throughout the project installation: 1) At the start of work to confirm layout, 2) throughout the install as issues arise, and 3) at the completion of installation to verify customer satisfaction. The fencing season is predominantly March through October, however we install all year. We are looking for independent contractors that can handle a high volume of projects during these peak months and are looking for work to keep them busy in the fall and winter. Our company does not require contractors to work with us exclusively. Candidates must have daily access to a reliable work truck with all tools needed to complete the projects assigned. Rates are determined on a per project basis. This is an immediate need. Please provide details of previous projects and construction build experience. References are preferred but not required.
