You will act as a local on-site program representative focused primarily on conducting energy efficiency audits and inspections for income qualified customers in the Chelan PUD territory. The job responsibilities include the following: Act as a local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers Travel throughout a defined territory, up to 70% of the time Data entry and developing detailed home energy assessment reports Developing a scope of work for each home with installation recommendations Supporting contractor walkthroughs and bidding process Post-installation inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to program requirements Supporting customer and contractor communications via email and phone when not in the field Supporting program with other administrative tasks when not in the field Here at CLEAResult, you will fit right in with our energetic team if you are resourceful, resilient, and kind. For this exciting career opportunity, we are looking for a candidate that: Has a valid driver’s license who can drive either their personal vehicle or company-provided vehicle around Chelan PUD territory Speaks both English and Spanish fluently BPI certified or willing to become certified Basic knowledge of residential energy efficiency Customer service background and commitment to providing excellent customer service Detail-oriented and a fast learner Comfort with attic and crawl spaces is a must Computer-savvy Experience in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Google Drive a plus Qualified candidates that reside in Wenatchee, WA are preferred. Compensation Range $23.70 - $35.50 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. Requirements

• Has a valid driver’s license who can drive either their personal vehicle or company-provided vehicle around Chelan PUD territory
• Speaks both English and Spanish fluently
• BPI certified or willing to become certified
• Basic knowledge of residential energy efficiency
• Customer service background and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Detail-oriented and a fast learner
• Comfort with attic and crawl spaces is a must
• Computer-savvy

Nice To Haves
