We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Residential Energy Auditor. This is an entry‑level, field‑based role focused on helping homeowners identify ways to save energy and improve efficiency in their homes. In this position, you will visit residential homes within a defined territory, perform basic energy audits, and support or verify energy‑efficient upgrades. You’ll collect and document inspection information, work directly with customers and contractors, and represent CLEAResult on site. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, comfortable working in the field, and interested in building a career in energy efficiency, sustainability, or technical services.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience as an energy auditor.
• High School.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving background and own reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Located in Evansville, IN.

Nice To Haves

• BPI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential homes in assigned territory.
• Perform energy audits to identify energy saving opportunities.
• Install and/or verify energy-efficient upgrades.
• Collect and document technical data.
• Act as the on-site face of CLEAResult and the program.
• Support contractors and account managers.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Travel regularly within the territory.
