Requirements

• State of Wisconsin Residential Journeyman License (required)
• 5+ years of electrical experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-starter with flexibility and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and random drug testing

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, and installations
• Troubleshoot and repair wiring, lighting, panels, and electrical systems
• Inspect and test electrical components to ensure safety and compliance
• Provide clear explanations and excellent customer service to homeowners
• Identify opportunities to prevent future issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and a well-organized service truck
• Train and mentor less experienced electrical trainees
