Requirements

2+ years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Solid knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systems
Confidence communicating with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask
Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety concerns
Perform code-compliant repairs, installations, and upgrades, including: Panels, breakers, wiring, and circuits Switches, receptacles, lighting, and specialty fixtures Other residential electrical components and systems
Conduct thorough system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners
Provide professional recommendations and solutions with customer satisfaction in mind
Ensure all work meets local, state, and NEC code requirements
Document work accurately using mobile service software
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle
Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call
