Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is a renowned leader in residential HVAC services and now Electrical! We are dedicated to providing the highest quality electrical home services to our customers, and we are currently seeking a customer-facing electrician to join our growing team.

Requirements

3-5 years of residential service experience preferred.
Follow national, State & Local electrical codes
Ability to represent the Jerry Kelly brand in a positive way
You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
Demonstrate Leadership in a group setting
Ability to work in a team environment
May climb ladders or stand on equipment off the ground
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Good driving record
No criminal record
Insurable driver’s license
Class E driver’s license required within 30 days of hire
No visible tattoos (must be covered up while working)
No traveling required

Responsibilities

Educate the homeowner on what services are needed and why, prior to starting work.
Build rapport with the homeowner and provide excellent customer service.
Provide a thorough evaluation of the electrical system with the customer and develop a variety of options to meet customer needs.
Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
Perform general electrical maintenance and safety inspections
Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
Repair & replace defective equipment, components & wiring.
Discusses electrical system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs correct malfunctions.
Service/installation to the UL specifications
Take detailed notes of work prior, during, and after completed work. Go over invoice with customer and collect payment.
Ensures the homeowner receives a Five Star experience during the service visit.
Other job duties as assigned.
