Requirements

• 2+ years Residential Industry Experience Preferred
• Clean Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador
• Properly document call details: including materials needed and/or used
• Fulfill the four hats of a service professional
• Meet or surpass metrics
• Follow each step of the Service System process
• Perform additional duties based on the needs of the company
