Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to pass safety training, background check, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Texas Electrical Apprenticeship
• Knowledge of NEC
• Blueprint reading experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Leadership potential

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians during rough-in by measuring, cutting, and bending wire
• Help install outlets, switches, lights, and fixtures
• Carry, organize, and prepare materials for job completion
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Follow direction from licensed electricians and supervisors
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
