In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced electricians to learn the trade while helping install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential remodel projects. Requirements
- You have a strong interest in learning the electrical trade
- You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced team members
- You’re reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- You can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- You have dependable transportation to and from job sites
- You can pass a drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous residential electrical experience or schooling is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting electricians with installations, upgrades, and repairs on residential remodel projects
- Learning to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Supporting crews with wiring, conduit, outlets, lighting, and panel installations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Following all company safety protocols and industry standards
