Requirements

• Customer First: You have a friendly, professional attitude and enjoy helping people.
• Mechanical Aptitude: You’re comfortable with hand tools and aren't afraid of a ladder or a crawl space.
• Detail-Oriented: You don’t cut corners; you clean them.
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.
• Growth Mindset: No experience? No problem. We will train the right person who has the "M&S" work ethic.

Responsibilities

• System Cleaning: Use specialized vacuum and brush systems to thoroughly clean residential air ducts and dryer vents.
• Health Inspections: Inspect ductwork for mold, dust buildup, and air leaks, providing homeowners with clear "before and after" photos.
• Customer Education: Explain the benefits of indoor air quality (IAQ) products and help customers breathe easier.
• Professional Setup: Ensure the customer’s home is protected with drop cloths and corner guards—we leave every home cleaner than we found it.
• Team Support: Work closely with our HVAC service and install teams to ensure total system health.
