About the Role: As a Consumer Direct Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products being offered. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities. You will be responsible for selling Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location. Our user-friendly technology eliminates internal channel conflicts, thereby maximizing your sales potential. You will utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, which will help build a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected, and you have the option to attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance your sales opportunities. You will participate in an intensive 5-week Sales Residency program that will equip you with all the essential training and knowledge needed for success in this role. Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive a company-owned vehicle. Various programs from Learning & Development to Management are available to support your career growth.
