About The Position
Overhead Door Company of Nashville™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is actively seeking experienced Residential Door Installers to join our team. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $26+ per hour for those with industry experience and $22+ per hour for trainees. We are excited to offer a hiring bonus of $2,500 for candidates with verifiable experience in residential garage door systems. As a Residential Door Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of a wide variety of residential doors and door hardware, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify and provide customers with additional products and services that enhance their experience. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining job-related paperwork, ensuring that all documentation is submitted in a timely manner. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing your job duties. Other duties may be assigned as needed, contributing to a dynamic and engaging work environment. We are looking for individuals who have experience in residential or commercial construction, including roles such as General Laborer, Service Technician, Field Service Technician, Installer, Carpenter, Mechanic, Machinist, Operator, Repairman, Assembly Worker, Assembly Technician, Glazer, or any other skilled trade.
