About The Position
Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Residential Door Installer Trainee to install a variety of residential garage doors. This position is ideal for job seekers with a background in construction labor, carpentry, and mechanical experiences, as these skills typically lead to success in this role. The company is also looking for installers in the Newnan, LaGrange, and College Park areas. As a Residential Door Installer, you will work independently to install and/or repair a wide range of residential garage doors and their operating systems. Your responsibilities will include installing quality products and providing professional services for homeowners and homebuilders. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining job-related paperwork and submitting it in a timely manner. Safety is a priority, and you will be expected to operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing your job duties. This position offers hands-on training, and a company vehicle will be provided after training, which you may drive to and from work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift 75 pounds over their head and possess a valid driver's license. Customer service orientation is essential, and mechanical, carpentry, or service industry experience is a plus.
