About The Position
Intercept Health is a family-owned agency serving various mental and behavioral health, substance use, and foster care needs in Virginia. In 1996, what started as a single group home for boys has evolved year after year to fill gaps and meet the service needs of families and communities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. We help people grow and live their healthiest lives. We are currently seeking a Residential Documentation Coordinator to be responsible for building treatment plans for residents placed in Intercept's Residential Programs. Treatment plans will be built from input provided from the treatment team for the resident. The Residential Documentation Coordinator will also be responsible for attending treatment team meetings for each resident in the program. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining required signatures for the treatment plans, per DMAS requirement.
