About The Position

In this role, you'll support individuals in group homes by assisting with day-to-day needs such as meal preparation, hygiene care, medication administration, and documentation. You'll also accompany the people you support out into the community for activities, appointments, and social outings; helping them stay active, connected, and engaged. No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful. We're hiring both full-time and part-time DSPs for day, swing, and night shifts across all days of the week, including weekends. Whether you're starting a new career path or continuing your work in caregiving, you'll receive all the training and guidance you need to succeed. No prior experience is required; just compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive difference. To join our team, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Oregon driver's license with at least three years of driving history, and successfully pass a background check.
