About The Position

ALLO Communications is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our team. This role involves processing customer orders, providing in-person support, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical clients.
• Working knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
• Proficiency in using software applications, databases, and word processing, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders for new installation, including provisioning service, scheduling with the customer, and completing the billing for services rendered.
• Complete change of service requests (open service orders and make changes to accounts).
• Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Complete all assigned Scheduling Calls, Surveys, Reminder Calls, and Landlord Calls.
• Provide in-person customer service coverage at the storefront when needed, including taking payments, answering questions, and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience.
