  • Provide Guardian customers with a positive experience by efficiently processing calls relating to security products, alarm monitoring services, home automation, associated billing, account inquiries and retention scenarios.
  • Provide tier one level technical support, engage and partner with technical support specialists to resolve advanced issues or schedule technician home visits.
  • Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to ensure installations and service calls where satisfactory and met expectations.
  • Present, promote and upsell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Call center experience - It's preferred, but not essential if you can demonstrate amazing customer service skills.
  • Technology savvy - Know how to navigate computer-based applications, demonstrating an accurate typing speed of 35-words per minute. Experience with Microsoft office.
  • Positive Communicators - Enjoy what you do and let the world know it!
  • Soft skills competency - Friendly and competent communication style that relays troubleshooting solutions that consistently wins customer loyalty. Independent thinking and multitasker.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and comprehensive background screen.
