About The Position

As a Residential Counselor at Echelon Care, you will play a crucial role in providing long-term care and support to youth aged 10-18 in a structured mental health facility. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Insurance on the vehicle
• Clean health care registry check
• Experience in behavior management
• Knowledge of resident's rights
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Skills in personal care and caregiving

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents in a home or community setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.
• Uphold residents' rights and dignity while promoting independence.
