About The Position

The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans. Responsibilities: Case management of one individual Collecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas Supervising instructional activities in the residence and community settings Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence. Transporting Individuals: Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community. Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere. $2,000 Sign On Bonus! Available Schedules: Wed-Fri 3-11; Sat 9a-11p (38 hours) Wed-Sun 3-11 (32 hours)

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
