Residential Counselor - Adult Supports
About The Position
The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans. Responsibilities include the case management of one individual, the collection and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas, the supervision of instructional activities in the residence and community settings, and the monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence. $2,000 Incentive Bonus! Available Schedules: Tuesday-Thursday 3p-11p (24 hours per week)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- MAP Certified, or willing to become certified within three months of hire date
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
