About The Position

Residential Counselor – CILA Hassell A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Hours: Full Time Schedule: Wednesday 3pm-Thursday 9am & Thursday 3pm-Friday 9am (36hrs) Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training! Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
