About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. The Residential Counselor is responsible for delivering therapeutic and treatment planning services to CBI Residential Patients, including facilitating group counseling using approved CBI Curriculum and schedule, and conducting individual sessions with patients regularly. These functions adhere to policies, processes, and governing rules set forth by various regulatory bodies. Requirements

Master’s Degree in related field
Leadership experience
2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse
Associate or Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor

Responsibilities

Delivering therapeutic and treatment planning services to CBI Residential Patients
Facilitating group counseling utilizing approved CBI Curriculum and schedule
Facilitating individual sessions with each patient on a regular basis
