As our 3rd Shift Residential Counselor, you enjoy competitive pay ranging from $18.50 to $23.50 per hour , depending on experience and education. But that's not all! Qualified candidates can also earn up to a $2,000 bonus and enjoy shift differentials, with an additional $1 per hour for weekday, 1st, and 2nd shifts, and $3 per hour for weekend shifts. THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS 3RD SHIFT RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR ROLE The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday for full-time candidates. As our full-time or part-time 3rd Shift Residential Counselor, your responsibilities will include providing overnight supervision, assisting residents with nighttime routines, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You'll collaborate with the day shift team to maintain continuity of care, documenting resident activities and responding to emergencies with professionalism. Your role will be vital in helping individuals achieve independence and enjoy fulfilling lives. Every day, you'll make a difference by helping residents with personal hygiene, cooking, household tasks, socializing, and community involvement.
