About The Position

The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• MAP Certified, or willing to become certified within three months of hire date
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• case management of one individual
• collection and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas
• supervision of instructional activities in the residence and community settings
• monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence
