About The Position

The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. Carmen Lane is a 12-bed crisis residential treatment (CRT) program that offers comprehensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a safe, welcoming inpatient environment for adults with serious mental illness. The program emphasizes that recovery starts from within and aims to provide the necessary support for individuals on their recovery journey in a comfortable, structured setting. The team includes nurses, psychiatrists, clinicians, peer specialists, and recovery specialists who provide support 24 hours a day.

Requirements

High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
