About The Position
Riverside Community Care is seeking upbeat, conscientious, and hardworking Residential Counselors to join our Developmental and Cognitive Services Division. In this rewarding position, you will work as part of a team to provide support, supervision, skills training, and community outings for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Residential Counselor helps individuals maintain their physical and emotional health, foster relationships with housemates, family, and community, live safely in the community, and develop the skills necessary to increase their independence. Interaction between staff and individuals will reflect an appreciation of each individual's uniqueness.
