About The Position
The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. Shifts Available: Short Hour 0.4 | AM | 7:00am - 3:30 pm | Friday, Saturday Short Hour 0.4 | NOC | 11:00 pm - 7:30 am | Friday, Saturday Expected starting wage is $21.00 - 23.71. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Jay Mahler Recovery Center (JMRC) is a 16-bed facility providing intensive mental health and psychiatric treatment for adults aged 18+ who are experiencing a mental health emergency. Residents have previously been diagnosed with serious mental illness, and may have a co-occurring substance use disorder.
Requirements
- High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
