About The Position

The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. The role is crucial in helping clients manage their mental health and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

• High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting.
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect services to individuals and groups of members served.
• Drive clients to appointments and groups using a company vehicle.
• Engage with clients to support their mental health recovery.
