Join us as a Residential Counselor in our Teen Parenting Programs and help young mothers and their children create brighter futures. What You'll Do: As a Residential Counselor, you’ll provide essential support, guidance, and life-changing skills to teen mothers in a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping them transition into independent, self-sufficient adults while positively impacting their children’s futures. Through counseling, coaching, and daily support, you’ll empower young families to thrive.

Requirements

Passion for people : Experience working with women, teens, or children, especially in residential or community settings.
Team player : Ability to collaborate with others to create a positive environment and meet the needs of residents.
Empathy and leadership : A natural ability to manage challenging situations with calm and compassion.
Commitment : Must be 21+, with a high school diploma (Associate’s Degree in Human Services is a plus) and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Be a mentor : Guide teen mothers through daily routines, from meal prep to schoolwork, chores, and self-care.
